Yes, we know, we know – it’s only August and already we are talking about that dreaded word, Christmas! We added some new Christmas products the other day just to get those early birds who are already thinking about Christmas. There will be plenty more added in the coming weeks and months so don’t worry about missing out. The Christmas baby gifts so far are gorgeous smiling santa design products – a breakfast set, plastic mug, money box, Santa’s mince pie plate. We recently added some personalised door plaques to the site and last night I took the little monster door plaque round to my nephew’s house for his 3rd birthday present. He was absolutely delighted with it and insisted it be put up straight away. He was so chuffed to have his name on the door as he has just been learning how to spell it. I couldn’t recommend it more highly as a gorgeously designed, personalised baby gift for little boys or girls.
Our other news is that we have finally joined Facebook and have set up a page to keep you updated with products and news. Baby Gifts
It is the longest day of the year today but the rain still pours. We might have had a beautiful Spring but we are sure making up for it now and it is quite chilly too! Baby blankets are normally a best seller in the run up to the Winter months but we have seen a rush on them in the last few weeks. It is the cotton blankets that are popular in the chilly summer months rather than the warmer fleecy blankets. They are so light and handy to put in the buggy or baby bag to have to hand for when the sun goes in.

We have just been reading about Victoria Beckhams baby shower – it sounded like a lot of fun with dressing up and plenty of pink presents. We love the idea of throwing a really fun party before the birth of a baby but the baby showers we throw here in England seem to be a lot more conservative than in the States. This got us thinking how great it would be if you could let us know about any unique baby showers that you have thrown or been to. We would love to get some pictures of them up on the blog to give everybody a bit of inspriation when organising theirs.

Christening & Baby Shower Favours
Just letting you know our opening hours for your Easter baby gift shopping. We will be checking emails for all the bank holiday weekend and picking up answerphone messages although we won’t be answering the phones.
